It is NOT a diet – You do not need to count calories and yes you can drink alcohol in moderation. The program is individualized and will help you understand your personal carbohydrate tolerance. Once you enroll you will receive:
a health questionnaire to help you track the before/after health indicators.
a list with the foods to eat and the foods to avoid + recipes ideas.

Move Well
The exercise program is using the heart-rate training science to build your fat-burning engine and includes:
your personal heart-rate exercise plan.
4 x Pilates credits to be used during February for anyone with a membership OR
12 x Pilates credits to be used during February for anyone joining as a casual customer
a challenge tracker.
Think Well
Understanding your physical and your mental-emotional stressors will help you minimise their impact on your metabolic health. Once you enroll you will receive:
1 x Pilates For The Mind session to help de-stress and develop daily mindfulness habits.
a list with daily mindfulness practices.
