Ingredients: 2 x portions
- 1 avocado halved, stoned and roughly smashed with a fork
- 2 capsicums halved and cleaned
- 4 radishes sliced
- 100 grams feta
- chopped basil, lemon juice & pepper
- Combine avocado, lemon juice, basil and pepper in a small bowl.
- Crumble feta in the bowl and toss lightly.
- Divide avocado mixture on each half capsicum and top with the sliced radishes.
