The routine in the Pilates Beginner sessions generally includes exercises that promote body and spacial awareness, core strength and endurance, including exercises that encourage strong posture, mobility and strength. You will feel challenged at a slow pace.

If you’ve been practicing Pilates Reformer with us for weeks or years you are already familiar with the environment, you understand more about your body and you are probably interested to explore your next level of strength, coordination or simply new ways to move your body. Progression not perfections continues to be the motto in these classes. You will perform anything from strengthening and endurance to cardio focused exercises.

There will be layers and options of difficulty so you can adjust as you need. Balance and coordination exercises will be added to some classes while you will be encouraged to stay in your own ‘state of flow’ and take movement into your own hands. You will feel stronger and rejuvenated by the end of the class.
