This effective, holistic program will empower you to take charge of your health by investing only 2 hours per week in your wellbeing.

What is included in The Simple Everyday Foundation Program?

8 Group Reformer Session (max 8 people). In your first session we will work together to set your health & fitness goals and establish your personalised foundation program.

Through the 4 weeks, attending 2 Reformer Pilates sessions every week, you will learn about your body – abilities, discomfort or limitations and how you ca overcome them – and this will build your confidence and get you stronger.
