Small Group Packs (min 3 – max 5 participants)

With fewer people in a group (minimum 3 and maximum 5 participants), you are able to receive more individualised attention giving your instructor the space to focus on specific needs. Being able to customise your Pilates or Strength exercises will allow you to maximise your workout. Everybody’s fitness goals are different. You may be doing Pilates or Simple Strength to lose weight, tighten up specific areas or rehabilitate an injury. With a smaller group your instructor is able to customise exercises to suit your specific needs. For details on Clinical Group Sessions covered by medical insurance visit the Physiotherapy page. For general small group session Reformer or Simple Strength you can purchase 1 session or a pack of 5 sessions below.

Class Packs (min 3 – max 8 participants)

Pilates packs are suitable for casual visits or anyone adding 1 Reformer Pilates to another exercise routine. These group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people per class. We stick to this limit because we want the ability to know each of our clients and familiarise with their health and fitness goals. This environment is allowing a personalised approach for higher intensity and more challenging exercises.

You can choose from 1 session, to packs of 8 sessions (valid one month) to 10 sessions (valid 3 months). If you plan to attend more than 1 session per week we highly recommend our value add memberships.
