Magda’s Home Made Protein Berry Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup organic oat bran
  • 2 cups unsweetened organic apple sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250g mixed berries (can be frozen)

Instructions: combine in a large bowl:

  • oats, oat bran, protein powder, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon then add
  • apple sauce, milk, beaten egg and egg white and fruits (apple or berries)
  • pour the mixture into a baking dish coated with sun flower oil
  • bake for 30-40 min at 180C

Protein: ~14–15 g
