Focus on You Next 10-Week Cycle

Monday 13th October, we kick off a new cycle of our 10-Week Focus on You Wellness Program, and I’m genuinely excited to share it with you.

This cycle of Focus on You is extra special: we’re training for ourselves… and for others. Throughout these 10 weeks, we’ll be raising funds for Pink October, supporting breast cancer awareness and research. For only $19 you can register for the program and receive The Australian Women’s Health Diary 2026 supporting breast cancer trials research. 

Every class, every rep, and every mindful breath is like a tiny superhero move helping your future self and making a difference today.

And speaking of superheroes, consider Ravi Sood, an 82-year-old astrophysicist from Canberra who’s off to compete at the World Masters Powerlifting Championships. If he can lift 115kg at 82, imagine what you can achieve with 10 weeks of mindful, progressive training! It is a reminder for us all what’s possible. His story shows that longevity and health span aren’t just ideas. They’re built every day, one mindful step at a time

The biggest challenge for the Focus on You program it’s about making time for yourself, giving yourself permission to show up, focus, and invest in your future self because that’s where lasting change happens.

There will be prizes at the end of the 10 weeks for consistency and improvement, because every step forward deserves recognition and celebration! All the details will be revealed during your first session. 

Every session, you’ll have the support of your coaches and this incredible community around you. Each small win, every extra step, every moment you choose to show up it all adds up.

Pyramid Training Approach and Benefits

Why Pyramid Training?

Think of pyramid training as the staircase to superhero status, without the risk of tripping. It’s a simple, mindful approach to exercise that gradually builds strength, supports your body, and lays the foundation for long-term health and preventive care.

How It Works (in simple terms)
Some or all of your individualised exercises will be done in small, steady steps. You gradually increase either reps or load over several rounds, then taper back down like climbing a pyramid without rolling back down the sides. It’s progressive, intentional, and safe, helping your body adapt, reduce injury risk, and build resilience for life.
