Magda’s Home Made Protein Berry Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 3 cups organic rolled oats
- 1 cup organic oat bran
- 2 cups unsweetened organic apple sauce
- 2 eggs
- 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250g mixed berries (can be frozen)
Instructions: combine in a large bowl:
- oats, oat bran, protein powder, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon then add
- apple sauce, milk, beaten egg and egg white and fruits (apple or berries)
- pour the mixture into a baking dish coated with sun flower oil
- bake for 30-40 min at 180C
