Duration of Sessions & Who Can Take Part?
Our Pilates classes are 60 minutes long and can take place in person or online, in semi-private (group of 3) or private (one-on-one) sessions conducted as part of our Covid Safe plan.
Pilates Reformer Sessions and Classes
