Our clinical Pilates classes near Collingwood are specially tailored to your rehabilitation needs, whether for post-operative rehabilitation or after injury. You will work with one of our two primary practitioners, who will assess your needs and create a personalized therapy based on your specific needs and goals.
Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy
In addition to educating you on how your body works, our team will guide you through effective movement patterns to achieve consistent movement between mind and body. Depending on your rehabilitation needs, your personalized program will include a mix of exercises with the mat and equipment.
Session timings
Our Clinical Pilates classes are 60 minutes long. They can take place in person or online, in semi-private (group of 3) or private (one-on-one) sessions conducted following our CovidSafe plan.
Reformer Pilates Session and Classes
We invite the people of Collinswood to join our Reformer Pilates group classes with up to 8 students. Excellent for muscle toning, injury rehabilitation, and general training, our Reformer Pilates classes can be easily tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. You can develop greater core strength, greater flexibility, and better posture with regular practice while feeling more energetic and relaxed.
Both stimulating and gentle on the joints, our Reformer Pilates class comes in 3 different levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
Studio Pilates Near Collinswood
The Beginner sessions are a perfect opening point for those new to the Reformer entirely, our Pilates studio offers a fundamentals Introductory course that focuses on machine safety, effective movement patterns, and mindful breathing patterns through controlled exercises.
Pilates beginners are encouraged to take at least 3 or 4 fundamental courses before moving to the intermediate course.
