What is The Simple Everyday Foundation Program?
This proven, holistic program empowers you to take charge of your health by training in your personal “magic zone”—that perfect balance between comfortable and challenging where transformation happens. We like to call it “comfortably – uncomfortable”.
Over 2 weeks, with 2 hours per week, you’ll establish a new mindset about health and your changing body. What worked a decade ago likely won’t now—you deserve personalized options and attention. Start Saturday 14th February with your welcome to setup session.

What is included in The Simple Everyday Foundation Program?
5 integrated sessions, Strength and Reformer Pilates (max 6 people). In your first session we will work together to set your health & fitness goals and establish your personalised foundation program.
Through the 2 weeks, attending 2 sessions every week, you will learn about your body – abilities, discomfort or limitations and how you ca overcome them – and this will build your confidence and get you stronger. Our 2-week foundation course is designed to build real strength, improve mobility, and fuel your vitality while supported by mindful nutrition and stress-management tools.
